I weighed myself yesterday
Boots has this machine that not only weighs you but also measures other stuff. The results:
Weight: 77.2kg
Height: 1.76
BMI: 24.9
Body fat: 25.2%
So my BMI is on the border between overweight and healthy, that definitely needs to go down. I don’t have a scale in my room and I don’t want to become obsessed with it, so I’ve decided I’m only weighing in once a month. Curious to see what the first month of healthy living will do.
(yes I use the metric system, deal with it)

Miss Representation a Feminism Documentary on women/media
Seriously, take 8 minutes out of your life and watch this whole thing. It’s a good breakdown of why feminism is still so important.
This is an amazing video. Jean Kilbourne is so amazing. I think she might be my role model.

Overslept today, oops
Did go for my run after that, still loving it. Have now been sitting on tumblr in my bathrobe after my shower for about an hour and a half, today is a bad day productivity-wise. Ah well, will go get dressed and start some reading.

Formal dinners are baaaad for healthy eating
So there was this big formal with lots of alumni tonight. It was really fun, had a great time, but ate all three courses completely so lots of calories. Whatever.
